In an environment marked by digitalization, companies are forced to meet the challenges of responding to increasingly complex customer expectations adequately. Today, companies, regardless of their size or field of activity, are accelerating toward digital transformation to prioritize their activities and address the issues of this era. Thus, some authors consider digital transformation essential to innovate production processes, especially for young companies. However, in Morocco, young companies generally still do not sufficiently integrate digital transformation into their organizational and operational processes. This deficiency deprives them of a significant competitive advantage. This paper aims to respond to a global hypothesis through which we believe that digital transformation positively impacts the overall performance of young companies in the growth phase and presents business practices, the most relevant models in the literature, and digital tools to support young, growing companies to transform and effectively develop into a digital environment digitally. With this in mind, we will see the impact of applying digital transformation within this business to increase life expectancy and facilitate the transition from growth to maturity phase. We will also see if adopting digitalization improves global performance and makes these companies more competitive and exemplary.
