The Moroccan electronics industry has been experiencing significant growth, positioning the country as a key player in the African market. However, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the electronic subcontracting sector face considerable challenges, particularly in the digitalization of their logistics processes. These challenges include fluctuating demand, high inventory management costs, and limited integration of modern technologies within their supply chains. This paper explores the potential of digital tools, specifically the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to enhance the visibility and efficiency of logistics processes for Moroccan SMEs. By integrating these technologies, SMEs can overcome key barriers such as poor supply chain visibility, inventory imbalances, and operational inefficiencies. Furthermore, these digital tools enable real-time data collection, predictive analytics, and automation, offering a pathway to cost reduction and improved decision-making. The paper emphasizes how these technologies can help position Moroccan SMEs as competitive and agile players in the global electronics market, ultimately enhancing their ability to meet market demands effectively and improve overall operational performance.
