The research objectives are to develop, apply, and validate an intelligent assessment system for mathematics teachers’ teaching reflection. The conclusions. The intelligent assessment system provides a new path for carrying out the “artificial intelligence + teacher team building” action and promoting artificial intelligence to support teacher development. The intelligent assessment system can diagnose the practice patterns of initial mathematics teachers. After using the intelligent assessment system for mathematics teachers’ teaching reflection to intervene and improve individual cases, the mathematics teaching reflection ability of initial mathematics teachers has been significantly improved, and their reflective awareness has also been enhanced accordingly.
