The present work proposes a method to combat the lack of knowledge that a sample of the population of Technology professors from three universities has on Digital Identity issues. For this purpose, it proposes a methodological technical guide on Digital Identity, which includes a series of phases, as well as the activities and tools for each phase, to ensure that it can be implemented and disseminated in an easy and simple way for the participants, and to reinforce the necessary knowledge required in Digital Identity. This guide applies to the case study; however, we hope that it can be used by all professors from Costa Rican universities, which is where the problem was identified.

摘要

The present work proposes a method to combat the lack of knowledge that a sample of the population of Technology professors from three universities has on Digital Identity issues. For this purpose, it proposes a methodological technical guide on Digital Identity, which includes a series of phases, as well as the activities and tools for each phase, to ensure that it can be implemented and disseminated in an easy and simple way for the participants, and to reinforce the necessary knowledge required in Digital Identity. This guide applies to the case study; however, we hope that it can be used by all professors from Costa Rican universities, which is where the problem was identified.
