This article takes a self-built villa in Beijing as an example to analyze green building design concepts through the analysis of copper drum green buildings, comparing the green building design situation of the case according to the provisions of the “Green Building Evaluation Standard” (GB/T 50378-2019), conducting numerical calculations for benchmarking analysis, concluding that the green building design of this self-built villa meets the one-star standard of green buildings. On this basis, optimization plans and improvement measures for green buildings are proposed.

摘要
