The differences among the village components will inevitably lead to the imbalance of the overall development, which will have an impact on the direction, model and scale of village environment improvement. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of village environment and development differences on rural housing renewal, and analyze the problems existing in village renewal under different development modes and the specific needs of residents to improve their living quality. The research covers the following aspects: 1. By analyzing key factors such as natural environment, social support system and economic conditions of each village, three different development modes are summarized, and the correlation between these development modes and housing structure, construction age and renewal ratio is further studied by cluster analysis method. 2. To explore the relationship between village development and housing renewal. Summarize its characteristics and renewal mechanism, and deeply analyze its internal meaning and driving factors. At the same time, the interaction between different types of villages and housing renewal is compared and analyzed. 3. Based on the connotation of village development and the improvement needs of existing rural living environment, this paper summarizes the deep meaning of village living environment and housing renewal under different development modes, and provides support for different types of village environment improvement and living quality improvement.
