Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a globally high-prevalence disease, affecting up to 27% of the North American population. Anti-reflux surgery is an effective option for patients who are refractory to pharmacological treatment. This chapter will describe the technical aspects of different anti-reflux techniques and their robotic-assisted approach.
