Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) impacts approximately 20% of the population in the western world. Mainstays for treatment include proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and anti-reflux interventions. Anti-Reflux Mucosectomy (ARMS) has emerged as a promising endoscopic anti-reflux procedure. In this chapter, we describe each surgical step of the endoscopic ARMS procedure.
