Cancer immunotherapies, particularly immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), have changed the treatment landscape of cancer in the last few years. Therefore, with the increasing number of patients exposed to these agents, a non-negligible proportion will develop immunotherapy-related toxicities. This review aimed to summarize the diagnostic workup and management of the most recognized immunotherapy-associated toxicities based on international guidelines and provide clinicians with concise information regarding both general and organ-specific toxicity patterns.

摘要

Cancer immunotherapies, particularly immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), have changed the treatment landscape of cancer in the last few years. Therefore, with the increasing number of patients exposed to these agents, a non-negligible proportion will develop immunotherapy-related toxicities.
