The advancement of technology has influenced and substantially reshaped the educational process, providing means and tools that support and upgrade teaching and learning. The integration and utilization of ICT in education has flourished in innovative educational models and has proven its contribution to the provision of equal education, regardless of time/geographical boundaries and socio-economic background. This chapter studies the contribution of ICT in the field of school crisis management and examines the position and expectations of schools in the digital era, as well as the contribution and impact of ICT in crisis communication, crisis preparedness, as well as crisis response and recovery, identifying the required means and conditions for the effective use of technology in schools.
