The energy management subsystem in the electricity metering information-measuring system, the issues of efficient and optimal energy management in order to reduce losses during the power distribution using green technologies - alternative energy sources, have been studied, the structure and construction principle of the energy management subsystem for compensating for possible energy losses in meters and other accompanying devices and equipment in energy metering issues, as well as a simplified algorithm have been developed, the local energy management unit and subsystem for the electricity metering information-measuring system. Based on the appropriate settings made on the meter and the energy management controller, the controller performs operations that ensure the supply of the necessary energy to the meter (meters) and (or) the data collection and transmission device from the output voltage of the electricity in the rechargeable battery.
