COTMA is a mobile application developed to provide convenience to the Company Commanders. This system functions by displaying real-time positions of Cadet Officers on a map for the Company Commanders. It serves as an alternative solution to ensure that cadet movements are restricted within the university premises only, preventing any cadets from leaving the area. In the development of this system, the chosen model is Rapid Application Development (RAD) because it makes the system development process more systematic and organized. Additionally, this system is developed based on Android software to ensure accessibility anytime and anywhere. COTMA utilizes Android Studio as the primary integrated development environment and Firebase as the database to store all collected data. It incorporates security features such as Firebase authentication. With COTMA, Company Commanders can efficiently and smoothly manage the safety and harmony of Cadet Officers.
