This research aims to investigate the strategic initiative to improve the trust framework in handling record management. The further assessment was conducted to closely analyze the essential phase in developing the trust framework in record management as a strategy to preserve information integrity. The critical review of the most recent pertinent literature was obtained from the database tool, Google Scholar. The finding revealed that strategic initiatives to improve the trust system in record-keeping management correspond with the establishment of a digital archive via professional and ethical engagement. The extra information is emphasized in the next three stages. These include creating systems for digital credibility in electronic archive design, establishing a system for maintaining trust quality in electronic archive design, and developing a system for evaluating creative potential in electronic archive design.
