Prosecuting Perpetrators of International Crimes Resulting from the Use of Weapons Equipped with Artificial Intelligence Technology

This study examines the extent to which perpetrators of international crimes arising from the use of artificial intelligence weapons can be prosecuted and the extent to which they bear international criminal responsibility for the use of these weapons in serious violations that conflict with the rules of international humanitarian law. This study will also address the concept of artificial intelligence and its technologies that control military weapons and their impact on armed conflicts, and analyze international criminal responsibility for the unlawful use of artificial intelligence weapons in military operations, which may result in international crimes by military leaders and soldiers under their command.
