The Impact of Digital Technology, Food Quality, and Customer Satisfaction to Business Sustainability of Fast-Food Restaurant

This study was conducted to analyze the impact of digital technology, food quality, and customer satisfaction on the sustainability of fast-food restaurants. Researchers used a qualitative approach that was carried out by collecting respondents from fast-food restaurant customers. The data collected was analyzed using SEMPLS. The results showed that the presence of digital technology, such as digital payments, and online ordering, resulted in a positive impact on business sustainability. Food quality, including flavour, nutrition, percentage, and cleanliness will affect building customer loyalty. Then customer satisfaction is a mediating variable that can strengthen the relationship between digital technology and food quality with business sustainability. The research that has been conducted concludes that the implementation of innovative digital technology, balanced with food quality and a focus on customer satisfaction, will have an impact on business sustainability in fast-food restaurants. This research provides information for fast-food restaurant managers to prioritize investment in digital technology, strategically improve food quality and increase market competitiveness.
