This study aims to discuss the influence of digital marketing and online reviews on consumer buying interest and its impact on sales sustainability, with a focus on coffee industry companies in Indonesia, including opportunities and challenges from digital marketing which is one of the important factors in entrepreneurial activities. The variables of this study are Digital Marketing and Online Reviews as independent variables, Sales Sustainability as Dependent, and Consumer Buying Interest as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires to 210 respondents who are active consumers of Fore Coffee. With this research, it is expected to provide knowledge to the food and beverage industry to optimize their digital marketing strategies to increase public buying interest which will ultimately affect business sustainability. Digital Marketing and Online Reviews enhance consumer purchase interest, but only Online Reviews directly contribute to sales sustainability. Digital Marketing does not have a direct impact on sales sustainability without the mediating role of consumer purchase interest, highlighting the importance of customer engagement strategies.
