This study examines the role of educational management and governance in enhancing the quality of future education et al. Ain University in the United Arab Emirates. It also investigates the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, focusing on its role in educational management and improving the educational process. The study measures the statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level between educational management, governance, and the quality of education. The research employs a descriptive survey methodology, with a sample of 233 faculty members, representing 31.79% of the total faculty population. A questionnaire was used to assess the role of educational management and governance, and the application of AI in future education, with 20 statements across two domains: educational management and governance, and AI in education. The results revealed that educational management and governance significantly impact the quality of education, with mean scores of 4.23 and 4.38, respectively. Additionally, AI was found to effectively improve educational management and quality, with mean scores of 4.26 and 4.30. The correlation analysis confirmed strong positive relationships between these factors, highlighting the importance of their integration to enhance future education.
