Leadership and coaching are two critical key drivers of individual and organizational success in terms of fostering personal growth, team cohesion, and sustainable performance in both individual and organization. However, limited studies have conducted rigorous bibliometric analyses to map the evolution of this field and to explore the antecedents and consequences of the relationship between coaching and leadership development. Therefore, this paper aims to explore bibliometric analysis in the evolving landscape of global publication trends related to coaching in leadership development. This paper will provide a comprehensive and inclusive overview of the academic discourse by examining trends, key themes, influential publications, and prominent authors. To achieve this objective, 60 articles from the database Scopus were selected, reviewed, and analyzed using VOSviewer and Biblioshine as a bibliometric tool to identify global trend publications, most prominent countries related to publication, most relevant authors, most relevant sources, co-citation sources, and Authors keyword co-occurrence. The analysis underscores the emergence of coaching as a mechanism for promoting sustainable leadership practices, emphasizing resilience, adaptability, and ethical decision-making. Furthermore, by leveraging bibliometric analysis in this study, it not only sheds light on the current state of the relationship between leadership and coaching but it is also provides actionable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness through coaching methodologies This paper will serve as a basis for future studies by mapping existing knowledge and identifying gaps, offering a foundation to explore innovative strategies that integrate coaching within leadership paradigms.
