This research seeks to investigate the digital technology abilities in fostering professional growth. The subsequent improvement originated from the organized programs and activities aimed at providing guidance on enhancing the instructional quality performance of public school teachers. The study, which involved twenty-five teachers, indicated that the effort to improve digital technology skills for advancing professional development could enhance the quality of instructional performance. This study emphasizes the necessity of enhancing strategic efforts to empower digital technology skills through the development of knowledge understanding, along with the ongoing advancement of practices and processes. Furthermore, the foundation for building digital technology competencies must be improved by enhancing both the textual and contextual frameworks to better adapt to and embrace the new technical training structures for professional growth alongside ethical advancement.
