This chapter presents a patient with clinically uncertain parkinsonian syndrome, who showed both nigrostriatal neurodegeneration and a vascular lesion on a dopamine transporter SPECT scan. Based on the symptoms and imaging results, the patient was diagnosed with probable idiopathic Parkinson’s disease with comorbid cerebrovascular disease.

摘要
