With the rapid growth of the gig economy in Türkiye, understanding the impact of subcontractors in postal market regulation has gained importance. This study aims to address this research gap by investigating the influence of subcontractors on postal market regulation in Türkiye. Through a comprehensive analysis of the roles and dynamics of subcontractors within the postal sector, this research endeavors to shed light on their implications for market structure, competition, and regulatory frameworks. By examining the evolving landscape of subcontractor engagement in the postal industry, this study seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of regulatory challenges and opportunities in the context of the expanding gig economy.
