Tourism and Diplomacy: A Bibliometric and Visualization Analysis Using Scopus Database
摘要
Tourism and diplomacy are two intersecting sectors that shape worldwide interactions and impact international relations. This paper provides a thorough bibliometric and visual examination of the current state of the research on tourism and diplomacy. We utilize Vosviewer to methodically go over articles from the Scopus database that were published in the last twenty years in order to identify important topics, developing trends, and remarkable research. Additionally, prominent research groups, key contributors, and evolving academic interest patterns are all identified by our study. The findings provide a better understanding of the relationship between tourism and diplomacy and highlight their importance in influencing international economic and cultural exchanges. Results also offer insightful information about how tourism can be used as a tool for diplomatic engagement and international collaboration.
