The entrepreneurial landscape has recently shifted much toward sustainability for both large and small enterprises. This research will try to investigate the performance of SMEs in Oman with the personal attitudes of entrepreneurs in respect of sustainable entrepreneurship practices. The entrepreneurial landscape, both for large and small enterprises, has recently taken a significant shift toward sustainability. This study investigates the performance of SMEs in Oman and the impact of personal entrepreneurial dispositions on sustainable entrepreneurship practices. The findings underline that innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship are a key driver of success, whereas proactivity and risk-taking require further research for appropriate exploration of their respective roles. It was also found that the relationship between innovation and organizational performance is wholly facilitated by practices linked with sustainable entrepreneurship. In consequence, the research supports the creation of regulatory frameworks and a range of incentives to support SMEs in Oman toward the adoption of sustainable entrepreneurship strategies that foster environmentally conscious business growth.
