摘要

Human resource management has problems and opportunities as AI integrates into organisational operations. This research critically examines HR departments’ challenges in collaborating with AI-powered robots. The study uses existing literature and upcoming trends to discuss AI-human team worker anxiety, trust formation, task allocation, and performance evaluation. It claims that clear communication, targeted training, and trust-building are necessary to overcome resistance and improve AI-human interactions. The article also stresses HR experts’ need to create performance evaluation frameworks that account for human limits in mixed teams. We examine theoretical and managerial consequences, highlighting industry-specific issues. Finally, the study offers insights into future research directions, particularly in understanding human workers’ psychological and emotional responses when collaborating with AI. Addressing these concerns allows organisations to harness the potential of AI better while maintaining a supportive work environment for their employees.
