This chapter introduces crealectics as a new creative method rooted in process philosophy and designed for holistic innovation. Drawing from the concept of the “Creal” (Creative Real), it presents a five-phase methodology—resetting, crealing, profusing, compossibilizing, and realizing—that mirrors natural creative processes. The chapter establishes the philosophical foundations, introduces the C.I.P.H.E.R. model framework (Crealectic Intelligence and Philosophical Health for Eudynamic Realities), and provides context through the Vattenfall R&D case study, positioning crealectics as an alternative to purely analytical or dialectical approaches to innovation.
