In today’s dynamic work environment, job embeddedness plays a crucial role in employee retention and organizational stability. This study examines the impact of Work-Life Balance and Work Values on Job Embeddedness among employees in Bangalore. Using a structured questionnaire, data was collected from 150 employees across various industries, and the relationships between these variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS. The results reveal that Work-Life Balance and Work Values positively influence Job Embeddedness, indicating that employees who maintain a healthy work-life balance and align with organizational values tend to stay committed to their jobs. The study highlights the need for organizations to adopt flexible work policies, align corporate values with employee expectations, and implement strategies to address digital divide. The findings offer valuable managerial and policy implications, emphasizing the importance of work-life integration, value-driven corporate cultures, and digital wellness programs in enhancing employee commitment. Future research can explore moderating factors such as leadership styles and job satisfaction, along with cross-industry and cross-cultural comparisons. By addressing these critical workplace factors, organizations can create a more sustainable, engaged, and productive workforce.
