Technology Management for Teaching Strategy: An Empirical Literature Review

This study intends to explore the organization of strategic planning for teaching effectiveness by improving the preparedness to implement 21st-century learning. The discovery indicated that overseeing the integration of technology for educational strategy is represented by four primary characteristics of this research. These include the strategic planning of technology incorporation for curriculum content, strategic planning of technology integration for educational design, strategic planning of technology usage for adaptive improvement, and strategic planning of technology integration for teaching effectiveness. This paper’s contribution seeks to provide insights into constructing 21st-century learning, which is reflected in the strategic planning focused on enhancing teaching performance. The additional clarification highlighted key insights for developing strategic planning aimed at enhancing teaching performance, which in turn is intended to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of management and implementation scenarios to elevate the quality of teaching practices.
