Society 5.0 as a new paradigm that integrates advanced technology into people's lives, but its implementation presents complex ethical challenges, such as data privacy and access gaps, which affect people’s acceptance of technology. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of technology ethics among technology users in Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods method, this study involved 400 respondents through a quantitative survey and 20 participants for in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using multivariate regression tests and thematic analysis. The results showed that digital literacy, data privacy and security, technology access, and technology ethics have a significant influence on ethical technology acceptance. These findings emphasize the importance of digital literacy, trust in data protection, access gaps, local values in technology ethics, and empowerment through technology. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy, transparent data protection, and developing inclusive infrastructure as strategic steps to create an inclusive and ethical technology ecosystem.
