Technologies are employed in education to improve human reasoning and supplement the curriculum with guidelines for the teaching and learning process. In education, new approaches to teaching and learning have been made possible by technological and artificial intelligence (AI) advancements. Along with machine learning and deep learning, notable advancements in AI have created new opportunities and problems for the educational field. This decade has seen widespread technical improvements, and higher education is embracing new technology at an accelerating rate. Education aims to prepare students for a lifetime of study, and artificial intelligence (AI) offers them new opportunities and directions. The study was conducted in higher education institutions and faculties that adopted AI in their teaching and learning process. Using a descriptive research data was collected through structured questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and field visits. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). A Mixed Methods Research Design was employed to ensure a comprehensive approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Findings contribute to understanding faculty perceptions of AI adoption and its implications for higher education, with data interpretation strengthened by diverse methodological approaches.
