Redefining Competitive Advantage in Family Entrepreneurship: A Lean Model Canvas Approach for MSMEs

The Lean Model Canvas (LMC) framework used in this study improves the competitiveness and business model of family culinary MSMEs. Due to limited resources, inefficient strategies, and fierce competition, the company has stagnated despite great potential. This study highlights the main obstacles and evaluates how to implement LMC from the influence of product innovation, marketing strategy, and operational effectiveness. The results of LMC in structuring critical business elements, including identified problems, customer segmentation, and value proposition clarification. The findings show increased customer satisfaction, better use of resources, and more efficient operations. LMC is able to drive long-term competitiveness, adjust to market changes and support MSME sustainability by linking theory with practice.
