The purpose of the study is exploring the influence of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) and its key dimensions—Green Human Resources Planning, Green Human Resources Recruitment and Selection, Green Human Resources Performance Appraisal, and Green Human Resources Training—on Organizational Sustainability, which encompasses Social, Environmental, Economic, and Ethical Sustainability, within Jordanian private universities. The study targeted lecturers and academic staff working in these institutions. The findings reveal that the GHRM and its dimensions significantly affect Organizational Sustainability, highlighting the pivotal role GHRM practices pose in fostering sustainable organizational outcomes. The study recommends integrating sustainable practices into core activities of Jordanian private universities and adopting advanced policies that promote sustainability at all levels. This approach should align with embedding the philosophy and culture of strategic Green Human Resources Management while enhancing cultural alignment among university leaders to prioritize and emphasize Green HR practices effectively.
