Cash Waqf is an effective and sustainable social finance tool in Islam. The prospects of cash Waqf is to enhance the prosperity and well-being of the Muslim community in Kelantan by promoting balanced socio-economic development. One method of maintaining and enhancing the cash Waqf endowment is to surge the number of donors who are committed to making regular contributions. It is crucial to identify the determinants that motivate contributors to provide support to cash waqf in light of these circumstances. Hence, the aim of this research is focused on finding the determinants affecting cash Waqf acceptance among Muslims in Kelantan, based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). This research employs primary data, a quantitative approach obtained through an online structured questionnaire administered to a sample of 260 individuals. Based on outcomes, the study indicates that four determinants (i.e., attitude, subjective norms, Islamic religiosity, and cash waqf literacy) correlate with a heightened propensity to contribute cash Waqf. In general, these results will empower Waqf institutions to strengthen financial sustainability and maximize social impact, ensuring long-term benefits for the Muslim community in Kelantan.
