This paper determined the influence of administrative management related to the Supply Chain Management (SCM), in the transportation company. For this study, the researcher first identified deficiencies in administrative management and supply chain handling. An applied study approach was adopted to offer practical solutions to a specific problem within the evaluated company. This correlational, descriptive, and quantitative study employed a non-experimental design. A survey instrument was administered to 45 employees for a new system of SCM in a new company, allowing for an assessment of the relationship between the analyzed factors within the organization. The findings indicated a positive correlation between administrative management and the supply chain, with a p-value of 0.007 and a moderate compensation coefficient of 0.400, suggesting that effective administrative management improves supply chain performance. Regarding the specific dimensions, planning presented a slight but positive relationship (p = 0.48; rating coef. of 0.296), while control showed a moderate and significant association (p = 0.029; coef. of 0.326), indicating that more rigorous control could increase the effectiveness of the supply. Management demonstrated a strong relationship with the supply chain (p = 0.000; coef. of 0.582), highlighting the considerable impact of proper management, and the organization also evidenced a significant relationship (p = 0.019; coef. of 0.348), suggesting that a well-established organizational structure positively favors the supply chain.
