摘要

The rapid evolution of the F5G networks has intensified a research in the area of novel modulation techniques to address growing user data demands in customer networks. This study investigates the optimization of UFMC (Universal Filtered Multi-Carrier) modulation considered for OWC (Optical Wireless Communication) systems. The primary focus is on optimizing UFMC modulation parameters including the number of subcarriers, the subcarrier bandwidth, the filter length and the FFT array size. A single-beam optical UFMC model developed fir the OWC simulation platform is used for performance analyses across various modulation configurations. Simulation results confirm premises that optimized UFMC modulation parameters enhance a system reliability, a spectral efficiency and an overall performance of OWC communications.
