The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare is essential for advancing hospital performance. This study examines the impact of resonant leadership and digital passion on AI integration in Baghdad’s City of Medicine hospitals. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data from 184 department heads were analyzed through regression and correlation methods. Findings reveal that both leadership and digital passion significantly enhance AI adoption, with their combined effect being stronger than individual influences. To optimize AI integration, healthcare organizations should foster these qualities through targeted training. The study provides a roadmap for developing a skilled workforce and leveraging AI to improve healthcare services.
