The mould is opened twice and the plastic part is demoulded in three sequential steps. LKM conventional DI-type standard mould carrier is transformed into a two-plate non-standard mould carrier without ejector mechanism, which can effectively reduce the total height of the mould. Solve the problem that the maximum mould height of the injection moulding machine is not enough to accommodate the size of the mould. The mould release of the outer wall of the moulded part uses a kind of fixed mould half slider mechanism. The demoulding of the inner wall uses a kind of dynamic mould push plate mechanism; the two mechanisms are driven sequentially by the mould opening power through the T-type pull bar and fixed-pitch pull bar. Both can achieve the outer wall and inner wall demoulding in sequence, but also to ensure that the moulded part is completely demoulded. The setting of the positioning cone table and positioning components can effectively ensure the coaxially of the inner and outer wall moulding parts of the cylindrical thin-walled deep cavity moulding part, to ensure the quality of thin-walled moulding of the moulding part.
