Strategies for Improved Data Transmission in LoRa IoT Systems: Evaluating Adaptive Data Rate and Shannon-Based Approaches
摘要
With the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT), integrating physical objects with smart sensors for data exchange has become critical. This research focuses on optimizing LORa-based iot networks for efficient cross-layer transmission. By analyzing the influence of ADR and introducing Shannon formula, the improvement of UDP-DNS protocol data transmission is studied. Our research methods include data preprocessing, model simulation and multiple iterations of transmission scenarios. The results show that the transmission efficiency increases significantly when the energy consumption does not increase significantly. The conclusion of this study is that the proposed strategy effectively optimizes the performance of LoRa in iot environments.
