This paper presents a systematic risk assessment method for a digital workshop, which includes five risk assessment modules and an overall risk assessment module, referred to as the decision fusion module. The risk assessment of the workshop scheduling module includes inputting workshop scheduling information, constructing a genetic algorithm model, and analyzing, evaluating, and visualizing the results. The risk assessment of the workshop equipment module includes collecting equipment operational data, data processing, constructing decision tree models, diagnosing faults, determining fault types, and conducting risk assessment. The risk assessment of the production process quality module includes collecting quality parameter indicators, analyzing parameters, generating statistical and process control charts, and conducting risk assessment. The risk assessment of the production logistics module includes statistical analysis of inbound and outbound logistics information, material coding, logistics planning, and risk assessment. The risk assessment of the process execution and management module includes creating and refining failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) information, conducting structural, functional, failure, and risk analyses. The decision fusion module conducts an overall risk assessment of the digital workshop using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the method of Grey Relational Analysis.
