Popliteal Artery and Venous Pseudoaneurysm with Arteriovenous Fistula
摘要
Popliteal arteriovenous fistulas are uncommon and have been reported following penetrating trauma and knee arthroscopy and meniscectomy. In most patients, catheter-based arteriography is required to delineate the site of communication. Open repair using posterior approach is preferable. Hybrid and endovascular approaches are preferred if there are multiple arterialized segments because of longstanding arteriovenous fistula.
