Climate-Smart Marketing Strategies and Market Outcomes for Commercial Coffee Farms in Uganda

This study aim was to investigate the influence of climate-smart promotional strategies on the market performance of commercial coffee farms in Uganda, highlighting the importance of these strategies in promoting sustainable agricultural practices and supporting economic resilience among stakeholders. The research employed a qualitative analysis of climate-smart marketing strategies, focusing on sustainable marketing campaigns, educational programs for farmers, and collaborative market channels. Secondary data were collected from industry reports and scholarly research to assess their impact on sales growth and market share. The findings indicate that the implementation of climate-smart strategies significantly improved both the competitiveness and sustainability of Uganda’s coffee sector. These strategies contributed to increased sales growth and enhanced market share for coffee farms. This study provides actionable recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to encourage the broader adoption of climate-smart practices, thereby fortifying the resilience and overall performance of the coffee sector in Uganda. The research contributes valuable insights into the role of sustainable marketing in agricultural development.
