The paper aimed to evaluate how much e-learning enhances professionalism of teachers belonging to the Beni Mellal-Khenifra region in Morocco. The study utilized a questionnaire to gather data from 518 teachers. The constructs were evaluated by a self-tailored five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was made through SEM (Structural equation modeling) using AMOS software. The results show the effect of teachers’ satisfaction with their e-learning use on the enhancement of their professionalism, without any direct effect of the e-learning actual use on this construct. The study also has shown that overall quality significantly impacts teachers’ satisfaction and their actual use within e-learning context. Consequently, as a practical implication, stakeholders to design a new pedagogical and andragogical model of training that frames the explicit use of e-learning, by preparing suitable legislation for its use and integration within Moroccan schools to increase the duration of usage.
