Emerging Paradigms of Sociotechnical Systems for Industry X.0
摘要
Current industrial environments are characterized by their high competitiveness and complexity. This is due to the social, technological and environmental challenges that compromise its progress. The development of new paradigms aimed at promoting the prosperity and evolution of these environments enables the effective management of their complexity. This research focuses on the identification and analysis of emerging paradigms that can be applied to sociotechnical systems for their evolution towards Industry X.0. The study emphasizes the analysis of the social aspects of these paradigms, addressing how they can enable the understanding of the challenges that distinguish them. The conclusions reflect how the adoption of emerging approaches such as holonics or bionics, among others, means an improvement in the capacity of systems to adapt to volatile environments and allows a more efficient evolution of relationships between agents in sociotechnical manufacturing systems.
