Nudging Mobile Users into Adoption and Utilization of Business Digital Services
摘要
This study demonstrates the importance of developing a tailored approach to promote business digital services among mobile users, considering the unique characteristics of mobile platforms. The current study addresses the issue of insufficient strategies targeting mobile users to promote the adoption and effective utilization of digital services for business purposes. To investigate this matter, a quantitative research methodology was employed, focusing on a sample of online mobile users. The study aimed to examine the nudging attributes that influence the adoption and utilization of business digital services. This study has formulated the concept of nudging as an intrinsic task within the core components of “adoption”. Therefore, the variables of PU and PEOU in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) are hypothesized to influence the inclination of mobile users towards adopting and utilizing digital services for business purposes. The results of the hypothesis testing suggest that the ease of use of mobile business digital services has a significant impact on their adoption and utilization. This relationship is supported by a coefficient of interrelationships of 0.700. The key contribution of the research lies with the ability to highlight the importance of tailoring strategies for the promotion of business digital services on mobile platforms, while considering the distinct characteristics of mobile devices.
