Improvement of Technological Processes of Aerated Concrete Production Based on Production Waste
摘要
The article presents the results of a study on obtaining a composition of non-autoclaved aerated concrete from natural and manufactured raw materials of Kyrgyzstan. The properties of the initial components and the features of the technology for obtaining aerated concrete based on production waste: ash from the Bishkek Thermal Power Plant and residues from the sawing of limestone-shell rock. In this paper, the influence of the temperature factor on the main stages of non-autoclaved aerated concrete production considered, and the results of experimental studies aimed at optimizing temperature conditions analyzed. The purpose of study is to identify the relationship between the temperature and the quality of the obtained aerated concrete composition, which will improve the technology for producing non-autoclaved aerated concrete from local raw materials. The optimal values of the mixing water temperature for non-autoclaved aerated concrete compositions based on natural and manufactured raw materials of Kyrgyzstan were experimentally established. The efficiency of using ash from the Bishkek Thermal Power Plant and residues from the sawing of limestone-shell rock as fillers for aerated concrete was also established.
