This chapter critically examines the intersections of race, disability, and academia through the lens of Black feminist praxis. It challenges traditional academic norms by radically reevaluating perceptions of disability and Blackness, advocating for a subversion of dominant, stereotypical views. As a Black motherscholar of autistic children, the author proposes foundational changes to support diverse academic experiences. This work contributes to discourses on inclusive practices and revolutionary mothering, urging a transformative approach to higher education.
