Since the phenomenon known as the COVID-19 Pandemic, working conditions had a significant change worldwide. The presence of teleworking has increased, making labor relations adjust to new schemes. This research focuses on analyzing these new labor dynamics in Mexico, as well as their effects on the indicators for measuring work quality. The main objective is to identify whether this type of work fits the dimensions defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO) as job quality. Starting from the assumption that teleworking does not meet job quality conditions, the following questions were developed: Under what conditions is teleworking currently occurring? Does it meet job quality characteristics? To carry out this research, a quantitative design has been selected to describe this phenomenon. As part of the reference framework, all forms and characteristics of teleworking proposed by the ILO and the United Nations (UN) are reviewed, from the perspective of Sustainable Development Goal number 8: Decent work and economic growth; as guiding lines of research. First, a quantitative diagnostic instrument is created and applied to workers who are teleworking and consequently know the circumstances under which this work situation has occurred and determine whether or not it meets the expected conditions. One of the most relevant findings is that there is no significant difference between the quality characteristics of in-person work and those who do teleworking.
