Socio-economic analysis in the system of integrated economic focuses on the study of the relationships between a company's economic activities and its social role. It helps to assess how business processes affect employees, the local community and other stakeholders, and how social factors influence the efficiency and sustainability of the enterprise. Labor productivity analysis is one of the significant factors that contribute to the stability of the production process and the achievement of the objectives set by the leadership of the country. The work identifies the main stages of labor productivity analysis on the example of a transport organization. The methods used in the work were observation, description, statistical analysis, comparison, deduction, visualization of statistical data, synthesis. The research materials were used as the indicators of Russian transportation companies for 2022–2023. The peculiarity of the industry under study is the high share of automation and capitalization of personnel. On the basis of estimation of productivity level the proposals on elimination of revealed negative tendencies are formulated.
