Digital Technologies in Corporate Education
摘要
This scientific work investigates current trends in the corporate education through the prism of leading experts in knowledge management and personnel development. The views and opinions of various researchers who highlight key areas of training transformation in organizations are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the transition from traditional formats to flexible, technology-rich models, including micro-learning, VR/AR simulators, and AI-based systems. The balance between digitalization and maintaining human-centered approaches, such as mentoring and social learning, is considered. Cases of Amazon, Walmart, IBM, and other companies are used to show how corporate education is becoming a strategic tool that directly affects business results. The authors examine in detail the contradiction between the technologization of training and the need to maintain a human-centered approach. The research results could be useful for HR specialists, heads of training centers, and anyone interested in the evolution of approaches to professional personnel development in the digital age.
