Open surgical management of pediatric retrovesical structures, including Mullerian remnants, seminal vesical cysts, and prostatic utricles, can be challenging and associated with significant morbidity. Robotic techniques have evolved to permit much more efficient and safe procedures and recovery for affected children. This chapter describes the surgical techniques and approaches for safe and effective management of retrovesical structures in children.
