Robotic-assisted bladder neck procedures represent an innovative and increasingly adopted approach in the management of pediatric urinary incontinence, particularly in complex cases involving neurogenic or anatomic dysfunction. This chapter reports and describes our experience in robotic bladder neck construction techniques for voiding continence in children with bladder neck plication and keel bladder neck construction. Advantages of robotic surgery, such as enhanced precision, reduced morbidity, and improved recovery times, are highlighted. Moreover, the chapter addresses the technical challenges specific to the pediatric population and provides a detailed overview of operative steps and postoperative care. Tips and tricks of this robotic procedure are reported. Robotic surgery offers a viable, safe, and effective alternative to traditional open techniques for selected pediatric patients.

摘要
